Rash On Forehead And Eyes I Have Developed This Really Bad Rash On My Face!!!!?

I have developed this really bad rash on my face!!!!? - rash on forehead and eyes

I have very sensitive skin and taking these Olay moisturizer on my face I've got this rash on the forehead, cheeks, eyes and neck. This is not really red, but now my cheeks are very swollen and my skin feels all packages! What can I use to get rid of rash?
