How can i erase date/time from video? - automated tape library

I am a wedding photographer, and I accidentally saved all camcorders preset date / time on the videotape. This means that all the characters that you see on the LCD screen of your camcorder. I am trying with Adobe CS2, to change the whole text, but the process is too long. I would like to create an automated, the date and time to delete text template, but do not know how. Please help me.
