Hello, Kent. I am 16 years old, 5'11 and 170 pounds. A few weeks ago I started building the system of the organism in the Bowflex Ultimate 2 and I can see gradual results. Before this program I have a ridiculous amount of cardio every day, burning about 2500 CAL routine. [1250 days-1250]. I have run a lean athletic build and sit-up/push-ups] [I do not play sports, but I want to improve my muscle mass and get a handsome, muscle building. I will not be huge, but at the same time, not thin. whether the resumption of heart every day that affect my muscle growth? Moreover, with a Bowflex weight bench and weights will help me achieve my goal to combine? Do I need a gym to these results, if I have a Bowflex, and weight bench in my garage band? to significantly increase the protein intake?
